Mufasa, the little spirit behind lapa.care and GoldenPaws.
GoldenPaws began with Mufasa, our Maltese–Westie mix — seventeen and a half years of love, and our family’s hardest goodbye at home, with his palliative-care vet by his side.
Our web address carries a small piece of this. In Gaeilge — Irish — lapa means a paw: the soft pad of a foot that has walked beside us for years. Both lapa.care and GoldenPaws grew from our experience with Mufasa.
